Please watch out for emails from the returning officer to check that your contact details are correct and Call for Nominations.
Matangi School will be looking to appoint five trustees as parent representatives, through the upcoming election processes. - Call for Nominations via email Friday 18th July
- Nominations Close at 12 noon on Wednesday 6th August
- If there are more nominations than vacancies for parent representatives, a electronic voting election will be held. Eligible voters will be issued voting papers and candidate statements, on or before Wednesday 13th August.

- Board Takes Office on Wednesday 17th September

This is a meeting between you and the teacher to discuss goals for your child.
We have arranged 10-minute time slots for the parent/teacher interviews. If you have more than one child, you might like to have a break between interviews. We would be grateful if all our parents/caregivers kept to the timetable to ensure smooth running.

What do I need to do to prepare for this?
Before the meeting:
- Book a time and put it in your diary.
On the day:
- Your child’s teacher will discuss their school report and mid year reflection
Your job:
- Please arrive at the scheduled time - we want to best utilise our time with you. Unfortunately we won’t be able to make up for lost time at the end of your time slot.
- Enjoy the opportunity to see your child’s learning environment and meet with their teacher/s.
- Celebrate your child's progress to date.
- If you require more time with the teacher, make another appointment that best suits you both.
